04Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Certain features are offered on a paid subscription, such as Korvus Pro. When you subscribe, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fee on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are shown at the point of purchase and may change with notice for future billing periods.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and partial periods are not prorated.
- We may suspend or end access if a payment fails or is reversed.
05Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you will not:
- Break the law or infringe the rights of others.
- Attempt to access, probe, or disrupt the Services, accounts, or systems without authorization.
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute data or content from the Services except as expressly allowed.
- Upload malware, or interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
- Misrepresent your identity or use the Services to harm, harass, or defraud others.
06Intellectual property
The Services, including their software, design, text, and branding, are owned by BlackCrown or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. Content you submit remains yours, and you grant us the limited rights needed to operate and provide the Services to you.

The Services rely on third parties, such as cloud hosting, payment processing, and communication platforms, and may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for third-party services or content, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlackCrown and its members, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the three months before the claim.
11Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlackCrown from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
12Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or to protect the Services or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will survive termination.
13Changes
We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
14Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Virginia for any dispute that is not subject to arbitration or small claims, to the extent permitted by law.
